He assessed the problem I was having with the pantry roll out drawers(the glides for the drawers were not sturdy enough for a pantry shelf. the small screws kept coming loose from the bracket and the drawer would sag and not roll in and out. and they didn't extend all the way out for reaching things in the back of the drawer.) Joe replaced the hardware to heavy duty full extension glides. He rebuilt the inside of the pantry to be sturdy to hold cans, pans and all my baking ingredients.
