Top notch service from beginning to end. Penelope and the Boston Lead team provided what the local DPH personnel stated was, "the most complete lead abatement plan I have ever seen. I wish all reports were this nice." BLC was also instrumental in working through a crowded field of unprofessional and overpriced abatement contractors to find a qualified and affordable team to complete work. For those navigating the confusing and complicated world of lead abatement, I cannot recommend BLC enough. Efficient, affordable, and responsive from start to finish.

I contacted them by their website, explained my situation, and they were back to me within 24 hours. As I was travelling, they coordinated with my son for access, showed up at the scheduled time, did their testing, and left. The results were available immediately, and they communicated with Window World to share the results.
Description of Work: I was having new windows installed and the simple lead test I performed indicated lead in the paint on the interior trim but a very low level. My window contractor, Window World in Manchester, suggested that I hire Boston Lead to get an exact level, as it could save me almost $1000 in my installation cost if the lead level was indeed minimal. Boston Lead responded very quickly, determined that the level was very low, provided the results to Window World, and save me a net of $850.

Technician was available the same day they were contacted. Tested suspect windows using specialized x-ray gun with no damage to property and verbal results at time of service. Written report sent within a week.
Description of Work: Tested for the presence of lead on windows scheduled to be replaced.
