Better Carpet Cleaners

They are prompt and they generally have good equipment with them. They come on time and the cleaning capacity is very good. The people are very nice and very professional. I could use them being alone in the house because they are bonded and friendly.

They were great. The guy was very personable and professional. I thought the price was good for the service. I would absolutely recommend him to others.

I needed carpets cleaned in my house, which I will be putting on the market soon. I was interested in this company because a coupon came in the mail for carpet and sofa cleaning. I chose this company because of a positive report on Angie's List, the coupon deal, and because I heard another good report through a personal contact. So I called, and they were able to come the very next day! I called twice to ask about whether or not I needed to specify a cleaning solution for pet stains (no, and no extra charge) and if I ought to vacuum ahead of time (yes, especially if there is a lot of animal fur); both times the person answering patiently and fully answered my questions. The serviceman came during the 2-hour window the company gave me, and he was very professional, courteous, and thorough. A few old stains did not come out of my carpets, but they probably are fused with the carpet fibers at this point. Otherwise the carpets look fresh and the sofa looks really really great. No more dirt/cat hair/baby formula stains. The serviceman spent a lot of time on that sofa, which was obviously in rough shape. A really good experience, start to finish.

I REALLY LOVE HAVING THIS COMPANY CLEAN MY CARPET. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB! NOT ONE TIME IN THE PAST FIVE YEARS HAVE THEY EVER DISAPPOINTED ME. I THINK THEY ARE JUST REALLY GREAT!

THEIR WORK WAS REALLY GOOD. MY CARPETS NOW LOOK BRAND NEW, AND I WAS REALLY SATISFIED. I THOUGHT THEY WERE PRETTY RELIABLE AS WELL. I ALSO THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY.

I DO NOT THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING THE CARPETS, BUT I DO THINK IT IS REALLY HARD TO GET A GOOD COMPANY THAT WILL DO EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT WHEN IT COMES TO CLEANING CARPETS.
