Electric water heater TP valve discharged water in the basement. Armstrong diagnosed problem as possibly a malfunctioning valve or thermostat. Replaced both. Seems to have fixed the problem. Arrived quickly, when he said he would. Finished the repair quickly. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

THEY HAD VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR PRICES WERE OK. THEY DID HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN BECAUSE WE WERE STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH OUR PLUMBING. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND APOLOGETIC ABOUT HAVING TO COME BACK AND FIXED IT AGAIN FREE OF CHARGE.
