actor DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! The owner started our yard the beginning of May, promised to have the job completed by June 1, and was paid 2/3 of the job...By the third week in May he stated that he may need into the first week of June to finish We are now going into August and it is nowhere near finished... They have probably spent a total of 1 1/2 weeks on our job since June 1 by sending a guy or maybe 2 for a hallf day or if we are lucky a day...we have been getting the run around from them (Contractor blaming the Subcontractor and Subcontractor blaming the contractor). The building inspector stopped by to inspect another project we have going on and noted that they didn't pull any permits, didn't contact Call Before You Dig (CBYD) and that a couple things that they did were not up to code. I called them 2 days ago and never received a return phone call. I finally was able to contact them this morning and told them that I needed this project finished and finished right. The contractor immediately began to blame it on his subcontractor....I told him "At this point I am not interested in who's fault it is I need it done and I need it done right, If you can't work it out get your equipment out and I'll find someone who can." He said "OK" and hung up the phone on me. Now I need to find another company to clean up their mess and finish... We'll be lucky to have this supposed 4 week job done by October!!! I hate to trash other businesses, being an owner myself, but this is warranted. SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHES AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
