Kathy and her team are excellent.  We couldn't be happier.  Communication was swift, professional, and thorough, and all done through secure email.  We had two face to face meetings, once to interview her for our job and the second to iron out some details in our taxes.  She is very thorough and very knowledgeable as well as up to date on new tax law.  Our taxes are a bit complicated with rental properties and she was able to help us sort through all our expenses to find all the deductions.  She even went the extra mile to research information on one of our income streams, which was very impressive to us.  We are very happy with her services and will be using her again for our taxes in the future.

I called the office of Kelley and Co. and spoke first with a receptionist. She connected me with Kathy Kelley who listened to my specific situation and answered all of my questions about what documents I would need before coming for an appointment. I scheduled an appointment about two weeks later. On the morning of my appointment, I was greeted by the office staff member who let Ms. Kelley know that I was there. Ms. Kelley was punctual and professional. She was also very patient with my seemingly endless list of questions and documents. In total, I met with her for two hours, and she never made me feel rushed. Because of some missing documents, I will be following up with her by email before she is able to complete the tax return..

Great - she was very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. I initially interviewed her over the phone, and it was clear she was the type of accountant with local, state, and federal knowledge that my business needed. We met in person a few hours later and she helped complete a local tax filing.

I usually do my own taxes, as my taxes are becoming more complex. Last year I went to someone who was horrendous. I used Angie's List this year and selected the person on the top of the list. I called Monday and got an appointment for Friday, and it was vastly superior to last year's services. It was very well done and I have nothing negative to say. It was a bit more expensive, but it was really really well done.

Kathy and her team are true professionals. Prompt, prepared and able to answer questions quickly and efficiently. We were looking for someone we could trust and who could provide advice as needed and also do our returms. She schedules a review well in advance of tax time, requests information and sends reminders as needed, but not nagging. Excellent to work with.
