Can't say enough what a great experience we had working with Harry and Kelly. Harry has been in the business for over 35 years and knows exactly what he is doing. He is also very responsive, professional and afforably priced. We have an older dryer that came with the house when we purchased it. It stopped heating the air the other day. We were fearing that we'd probably have to end up just buying a new one given it's age, etc. But Harry was able to fix it, had all the parts in stock and was at our home in less than a day from the time we called him. He even came to our home at 6:45AM so we didn't have to take time off from work. Could not be happier with every aspect of working with Harry and Kelly.

My disposal was jammed up and was making funny sounds. The dishwasher was not heating up and was leaking on the left side of the door. Harry had parts and a door gasket to make the necessary corrections in a pretty fast fashion. He is neat as a pin and very nice. He explained everything in detail along with telling me how to use the disposal correctly. THANKS HARRY. Recommend you highly.

Harry was great. I called on Sunday evening, and he came and fixed my machine on Monday morning. It took him two minutes (if that much) to diagnose my problem. He had the necessary parts in his truck, and was done in under an hour. My washing machine works like brand new. Harry was a pleasure, and I would recommend this service provider to anyone.

I researched a dishwasher repair company from Angie's list with the criteria that the company be within 5 miles of my town. Hand amp;R Appliance Repair was the closest and had great reviews. I called, left a message with his answering service and within an hour my call was returned. He came over that same day to look at the dishwasher. He initially thought it was the rubber seal around the outside of the machine. When I called that evening because the machine still had a leak, Mr. Harry promptly called me back in the morning. He came over, looked under the dishwasher and found the real problem which was a cracked copper gasket. He did not charge me for the part or labor of the second visit. He is a very responsible repair person who takes pride in performing a complete job to the customer's satisfaction.

The owner returned my call within an hour and he was on-site working half an hour later. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had me back in service in less than an hour. Brilliant.

returned home after Irene and after our power had been restored which was the Friday before Labor Day weekend. I was doing the first of a load of laundry when my Dryer caught fire. I called a local Appliance Repair Service and got their answering maching and then Googled in Appliance Repair. Called the first two on a list and first one I called had an answering Service that informed me that doubtful they could come until after Labor Day and if they came Labor Day weekend the Service call alone would be $250 labor and parts not included. Then called H and amp; R and got an answering machine. That evening Harry Russell owner of H and amp; R Appliance Repair called and told us he would try and make it the following day but was not sure. He called the next morning, Saturday to say he was on his way. He not only found out the cause of the dryer fire and fixed the problem but also took care of my Washing Machine, the spin cycle had not been working for several months....he installed a new vemt pipe on the Dryer and a new Clutch on the Washing Machine. Both machines work better than they did when they were new and I can't say enough about the kindness and professionalism of this man and his Company.
