I became very annoyed at Sears. I had made a tire purchase on line and went into the store to have the tires installed.  We had a situation where the on-line purchase had to be cancelled.  Be aware that the actual Sears automotive store CANNOT match any on line pricing at sears.com.  I had explained to the salesman on the phone the situation.  He indicated that he "would work with me."  He worked with me all right.  My first instinct when they started their shenanigans was to just leave the store and go elsewhere.  He started talking around the situation and wasn't clear about what he really could do till all the work was done.  Anyway his "working with me" cost me an additional $60.00 more for the same exact services I had purchased on line in advance.  My warning to anyone shopping at Sears auto is to make the purchase on line on advance.  If you have a\ny issue at the store and they tell you they have to re-ring to sale LEAVE immeadiately.  Either redo the sale on line again or go elsewhere.  This is a very poor business practice at sears.
