"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for such a well written review. I especially like the “I am in shock” part. At first I was very upset reading this. I love all of our costumers and try to help anyone out in anyway I can. I’ve learned 2 lessons from this review. #1 I will not do anyone a favor again by doing a job before a permit is pulled just because they are in a rush to get it done. I never thought someone would call town hall and rat me out because I didn’t have a chance to get to the building dept. in their town in time enough for them. I really couldn’t believe it especially after we did such a nice job for them. We worked extra late on Valentines Day in the freezing cold garage making sure we thoroughly completed the job to the highest standards. #2 no job is too small for a written contract. My recollection of the scope of work and what I thoroughly explained to [Member Name Removed] is much different then what she wrote in this review. I now realize how everything said can be forgotten and become a he said she said argument later on. From now on it will all be in writing. Thank you [Member Name Removed] for these lessons. I believe they will help Modern Electrical grow and improve communication with our costumers. Thanks again, Jeff Boudreau"
