Haberli advised that they would need to send "Two men" to do the work. One man arrived with one apprentice. The apprentice "kid" was not to swift in the electrical repair/install arena. That was the 1st problem. The job was to be billed by the hour. When they were leaving I asked what the total number of hours were. They gave me the total and advised I would get a bill mailed soon. I started calling after the 1st month of not receiving a bill. I was told they are working on the billing and "it is on his desk" per the secretary Bonnie. The second month goes by and still no bill. I called again to verify they had the correct address for mailing. They confirmed the address which was correct and told me I would get a bill shortly. After THREE months I receive a bill that was vague and seemed a bit high. I called again to obtain the hours these people had billed for. They had added an extra hour than what they told me. In addition I had them put in a dedicated circuit as I was having light flickering issues on a shared circuit that my new A/C was on. Now all the lights blink when the compressor kicks on. I absolutey will NOT use E. Haberli again. I had used them frequently in the past but things have changed at this company. Not trust worthy at this point.
