This is the second time I use Joe's service, and it was yet another wonderful experience. I have worked with a lot of contractors since I started investing in real estate 3 years ago. By far, Joe is one of only two contractors I feel confident recommending. And the reason is simple, Joe is a true professional who will go extra miles to make things right. Our first time working together was a breeze. Not much happened. He showed up, did his work and left. And we were totally happy with the quality of his work. Then this year I called Joe again to look at another job. Since I wasn't able to meet Joe at the house at the time, I received a call after Joe looked at my driveway and backyard that needed to be paved. I was then told that because my backyard is actually in flooding zone, and on top of that, it is totally flat, so in order to keep the garages from flooding after it rains, the ground where the garage door is would have to be build higher than the rest of the backyard, so a pitch will form and water can be led away from the garage. And that would mean that I'd have to cut off bottom of my garage door so it can swing out properly since after he is done the ground would be about 2-3 inches high than it was. My first reaction was that there got to be another way to do it so I didn't have to touch the garage doors. Joe was nice enough to suggest to meet me at my house so he can show it to me in person. So he shows up the second time at my house. We discussed alternatives and found that given the situation, it was best possible solution at the time. Many things Joe did impressed me. One thing in particular was that he would come out personally to inspect my job site before he starts working. After Joe paved the backyard with asphalt, we found there to be a couple of spots needed to be raised so water won't collect after the rain. I called him and he had them taken care of right away. Life is not perfect, but I am glad I have Joe on my side. There were many other things Joe went above and beyond for me this time, but one thing I would like to mention here is that Joe helped me clean out the debris from the side of my garage where the water was supposed to drain out; needless to say, Joe saved my back.
