Rob has been excellent, and we have hired him for all of our plumbing projects since we moved in. We had to replace our main sewage line, which was a huge project, and he was very professional and his work done well. He is also very timely and flexible with communication.

He was unable to fix our problem due to the lack of parts. He took the initiative to go to a plumbing supplies store and try to get them but was unsuccessful because they required the homeowners to acquire the parts. When we do get them we will call frontline as he was super nice and well intentioned!

I was impressed by Bob's knowledge, responsiveness, and ability to explain to me (in layman's terms) what needed to get done, and what problems might arise. I thought I was facing a disaster with basement leaking and he put everything to rights in a couple of hours (and repaired some faucets to boot!). I could not be more pleased or recommend him more strongly.
