 + -1 moreThe work was performed in a timely and professional manner. The owner and his crew are expert at what they do and take pride in every facet of the job. The quality of the installation was well above average, with attention to detail that clearly exceeds industry standards. While the brand of heat pump is surely important, a proper installation is even more so. Indeed, many of the horror stories one hears (failed compressors, burnt circuit boards, etc.) are often the consequence of poor installation methods. Hiring a true professional, such as Copper Valley, may cost a bit more initially, but will save you headaches and maintenance expenses in the long run. BTW: the price was fair and never varied.
Description of Work: Installed a split system, American Standard Heat Pump.
