While the brand of heat pump is surely important, a proper installation is even more so. Indeed, many of the horror stories one hears (failed compressors, burnt circuit boards, etc.) are often the consequence of poor installation methods.
Hiring a true professional, such as Copper Valley, may cost a bit more initially, but will save you headaches and maintenance expenses in the long run. BTW: the price was fair and never varied.
