 + -1 moreThe experience went very well. We have three heat zones on an 8 year old boiler. One zone went out, and I called my regular heating company to come out to fix the problem. The repair man told me it was fixed and left. It wasn't fixed. A couple of days later, another zone went out. Castle Heating was recommended by a neighbor. Craig came out promptly when I called. He removed his wet shoes without being asked, tested the thermostats to be sure they were ok, and checked the power heads. He accurately diagnosed the problem as 2 bad power heads and immediately replaced one and had to go out to get two more. He returned promptly and had hot water running in all pipes in about 45 minutes start to finish. I am very satisfied with the work he did.
Description of Work: Craig tested 3 thermostats and replaced 2 of 3 boiler powerheads and sold me a 3rd at my request. Parts totaled $225, and labor was $95.
