Wood & Wood Seamless Gutters LLC

The crew arrived on time, were responsive, efficient and neat replacing two sections of seamless gutters and a downspout which is what we had contracted for.  A leak developed in an old connection and they returned and replaced that portion and all is great.  We would definitely recommend them and should the need arise, contract with Mike Wood and their company again.

After he came to the house, he was supposed to leave a notice that they were there.  Supposedly, I didn't need to be there.  On the 23rd, I asked him if anyone came out.  He assured me that someone was there.  I purchased a Big Deal for a gutter tune-up and cleaning, which is what I thought my gutters needed.  I had installed a temporary fix of stones to aid with the flow of water.  They removed my temporary fix.  Apparently, what I really needed was a gutter replacement.  This did not resolve the issue and I had to replace the stones to help with the flow.  So, the work was completely pointless.  He apologized and said he'd get back to me.  He said that he could rebuild the system and pitch it properly for $2,000.  This was after I communicated with him that they needed fixed.  Basically, they removed my temporary fix and didn't fix my gutters.  The gutters didn't need cleaned because I had to replace the stones that were in the gutters in the first place.  He could've told me that the gutters need repaired, but he waited until after I paid him to clean the gutters unnecessarily.

They did an excellent job.  We didn't even expect that the side downspout would be replaced, but they included in the buy now deal!

This was  big deal coupon from Angie's List. They were all right. It was two guys on a ladder. They cleaned out the lower gutters. They did not do a heck of a lot on our house because we have a lot of leaf guards and they do not do ones with leaf guards. I won't use them again.

They provided very good and nice service.  The quality of their work was very good.  They were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves.  They came when they said they would come. The gutter looks really nice after they completed the job.  I was very pleased with them.

Originally contacted Wood and Wood because of the Gutter Cleaning coupon they offered on Angie's List and I am so glad I did.  Mike(Owner) called me the same day of my email within a few minutes of sending the email.  I was looking for more then a Gutter Cleaning as I had gutter damage that needed to be replaced and I wanted to know more about leaf protection.
Mike made an appointment for the same week, came out did a full inspection and gave me a very fair quote to replace two sections of Gutter, add a downspout, clean and align the existing gutters.  I scheduled the work.....his crew arrived on time, got right to work and had the job completed very quickly.  The work was top notch, very clean.  I am very happy and strongly recommend them.  Great Company.

They arrived when they said they would, finished the job quickly, told us our gutters were in great shape and needed no work (which should be true because another company  replaced them a year ago) and left.

I saw the big deal for $89 Gutter cleaning and tune-up on Angie's List and decided I would give Wood and Wood a try. I received the confirmation from Angie's List and figured I would contact Mike in a few days. He contacted me the next business day with an estimated date of service as well as what to expect. I was impressed that he contacted me so quickly. He noted that service may be delayed due to the big deal but it turns out his guys were in my area and were able to complete the gutter cleaning and tune-up within a week.
Mike was responsive to questions I had before they came out and I received an email to confirm the work was complete. When I got home I saw the crew had done a great job cleaning up and everything looked great!
Mike was very responsive and professional and I would definitely go back to Wood and Wood if I need anything done to my gutters in the future.

They were prompt and did a great job.  They repaired the gutters and made suggestions for replacement.  I will give them a call when I'm ready for new gutters.

I took advantage of a Big Deal Coupon and I am so glad I did.  Wood & Wood responded promptly, did an excellent job cleaning out my gutters, and made sure everything was hung and draining properly.

The contractor did the job within one week of my contacting him.  Mr. Wood was my contact person.  The job was well done with clean up.  Mr. Wood was very helpful and informative in diagnosing the problem.  The only problem I had was I had to call back when part of the job was not done; apparently there was a miscommunication between Mr. Wood and his crew.  That said, my call was handled professionally, the crew was back out within a day of the call, and an apology was given to me in person by Mr. Wood when they returned.

Great overall experience.  After I purchased the Angie's List deal, Wood and Wood contacted me for scheduling.  They agreed to come the following Monday.  I expected to have to call them and I was pleasantly surprised with the quick response.  I gave them a B for punctuality because they showed-up on Friday instead of Monday. (I would have appreciated the notice, but I liked that they wanted to finish before the rain forecast for the weekend.)  That is the most negative thing, EVERYTHING else was commendable.

They were professional, considerate of my property, and effective.  They had five guys on ladders around my house cleaning out the gutters by hand.  The tops of the extension ladders were covered to protect house siding and gutters from damage.  When they were finished, they informed me before leaving and they cleaned-up after themselves.

They called five minutes after I e-mailed them and set up an appointment for three days hence. They arrived on time. They were quick.  They cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

My gutters were cleaned and they fixed the mounting brackets, cleaned the downspouts.  They are very through, professional and curtious.

Made an appointment on Friday and they guys were out first thing Monday morning.  They arrived before their appointment and got right to work.  Cleaned out all of the gutters on our house and were done in no time flat.  I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anybody!

We found them on Angie's List.  We called them about that and they were great.  They were exceptional.  We emailed them and we got an email back within an hour.  He came out the next day and gave us an estimate.  He was here the next week.  His staff was so professional and so nice.  They were an excellent company to work with.

These guys were great.  I had emailed the company and got a response within an hour.  Set up a time for an estimate two days later.  Unfortunately, they had to cancel the initial appointment for the estimate, but called to let us know and we arranged to meet at 7:30 am the following day so that we could get the estimate before going to work.  Mike showed up at exactly 7:30.  We were so impressed with the estimate and Mike's professionalism that we decided to cancel other estimate appointments we had set up.  Our estimate was done on Wednesday, we emailed them on Friday to let them know we wanted to set up a time to have them install the gutters and they did the work on Monday morning.  My only complaint (and its a minor one) is that they actually showed up 15 minutes early to do the work when I had specifically asked they not show up until 8.  That being said, the entire install was done in an hour and the gutters look great.  Have yet to test them in a big rain storm, but so far we're very happy. 

We hired them through Angie's List.  They did a good job.  They were really great.  They showed up on time and they ran up on the roof.  They were so quick.  They did what they were supposed to do, which is a pleasant surprise always.  They had a coupon, a special deal.  Everything was nice and neat.  It was supposed to be $200 service but we paid $140.

Work was done as described. Everyone has been responsive, courteous, and timely with all work performed. Good job and thank you again.  Best gutter protection on the market today.

Returned call promptly.  Set up date convenient for us to be home.  Cleaned up materials - came back to make minor adjustment.  Very prompt and professional
