They did great job.

Purchased deal on Angie's List. Was hassle free process. My house has 2 levels of gutters and my garage has gutters too. They did such a neat job I barely knew they came; except for the card they left. Everything drained well in the next rain storm.

Went ok, they basically used the claw of a hammer to scrape out the gutters and a bucket to collect the leaves. They worked quickly but said they would bring 3 guys but only brought 2. It took them about 45 minutes and they worked in the rain with no complaining. They also said they'd have someone get back to us about heating solutions for the roof but haven't heard from anyone yet and it's been a month since they were here. I guess they don't need the business!

There was a slight problem with the timing of the service, but once that was worked out, the service went well. Gutters were clean when I came home from work! Good service!

Service was Excellent

The job was done last fall and I waited to see how things would fare after heavy rains and the winter snow. We are very pleased with the results. Several problems have been solved including dripping and freezing on the front step, and water cascading past one of the bedroom windows.  The new system works very well.

They were quick, friendly and efficient. I was surprised that a water test (or some other way of checking downspouts) wasn't done, but since they had pronounced that our gutters were clean and really didn't need cleaning that all was going to be fine. Unfortunately, that has not been the case at all. Ever since then the gutters have had problems in two spots. I was able to rectify one myself because it was lower and on my porch. It was blocked with little pieces of debris inside the downspout at the curve. I cannot get the other one clear because it is too high and it is a major problem. My guess is that the same thing is going on in it, but it is a much longer run with more than one bend so didn't show up until later, so I didn't realize that there was a problem. I'm assuming that when the fellows went up and looked at the "clean" gutters they couldn't have seen anything either, but had they done a water test or inspected the downspout & it's bends, probably would have noticed that water flowed much slower at the bottom of that downspout than the others and/or they were not clean after all. 
A year later, we have a miniature "Niagra Falls" at this corner so that this past March, when snow melted, it was impossible and even dangerous to use our back door due to the amount of water pouring over the gutter instead of down the spout. This in turn pooled and formed an ice layer on our steps and walk. Now that it is warmer, when ever it rains substantially we have a waterfall from half the length of this gutter so that it is still virtually impossible to use the back door/steps without being completely poured on and pooling at the sidewalk and foundation there due to the amount of water raining over the gutter sides as opposed to down the spout.
I did take some pictures and sent two to Mr. Wood today and requested that perhaps someone could come fix this one corner, but they are too busy and he suggested I look elsewhere for a repair. I do understand that it has been over a year since they "cleaned" our gutters, but considering that we'd never had a problem in the years prior to this, and his own company employees declared that they were clean and that they really didn't need to get them cleaned often at all, it is curious that we now have more problems than we ever have. Most likely it has just taken awhile for whatever is in the downspout to build up to the point it is at now.
Realizing that according to Mr. Wood, they are busy, and "short handed", I didn't expect that they could come immediately, but to be told to look elsewhere doesn't strike me as very good business.

Two people from the service showed up with blowers at the appointed time. After checking in with us, they proceeded to set up ladders and used the blowers to clean the gutters. It took them about 30 mins to go around the entire house. They cleaned out the downspouts as well.

Submitted email request via his website, and Mr. Wood contacted me the same day to tell me he would have someone over to do an estimate. Later that same day I had a written estimate.
A week later I emailed to schedule and he replied noting he had availability the next morning.
Work was done the day he promised.
Work appears to be solid and looks fantastic.
Will use again.

While I had asked that only the quick and easy to get to gutters be cleaned, the guys went above and beyond and cleaned more than I could have hoped for, including stuff beyond 2 stories.

I purchased a $99 deal for $200 credit on Angie's list. Professional and the service person was great and the job was done well. My only complaint is that when I called the main company about the cost, they told me that it was covered by the $200 credit, but didn't actually give me the cost of the work or if I had any credit left. This was also reflected on the invoice they sent. This is the only reason I gave them a B.
