Everything went very well. Norm and his men were very punctual and courteous and friendly as well as extremely thorough in their work. Arrived on time, set up right away and cleaned everything they said they were going to do. Associates were professional and personable. House looks as clean as the day it was sided. They showed up on time and were here only for about an hour and a half. I came home from work and immediately saw the difference. They went beyond our expectations and was a good value for our money. I've been cleaning the side of the house for nine years and they managed to make it look like the house was just built.

Power washing appointment was set up by email followed up by a couple phone calls. I described the house, siding, particular problem areas that I wanted addressed, I was quioted a price, which was what I was charged. The appointment was about two weeks from my initial phone call and so there was a follow up call just before the appointment. I was not at home when they came, but the finished result was excellent with heavily mildewed surfaces on the north facing chimney raceway and house thoroughly cleaned. They cleaned the siding, trim, soffets and gutters. There was a mildew retardent treatment applied, but not enough time has elapsed to judge if it is effective. There was no damage to plants, lawn, etc.  The price was so reasonable and the cleaning was so good, that I would pay to have it done every year rather than conitnue to power wash the house as we have in the past.  If the mildew retardent proves to be effective, I will probably be able to touch up the house and only pay for the power washing every two or three years.

I was contacted within 24 hours of my inquiry and given a phone estimate based upon the sq footage of the home and visuals they were able to obtain via Googe earth. Work was scheduled out a bit on the calendar to fit it into their existing workload. (Angie keeps them very busy).

They showed up when they were supposed to, did an EXCELLENT job, and the bill was as we had agreed. I was impressed with the results. The house and garage look better than they have in YEARS!

The communication was superb.  I asked to have the work done about a month from our initial contact.  I was called the day I said I'd be available.  The work was done, as temporarily scheduled a month earlier, the next day, on time and very thoroughly.  I'm delighted.  Even though the company is located an hour from my home, they had another job within 2 miles of my home when they left here. 
When the crew arrived, they reviewed the work to be done, asked if they could remove a sunsail which would have been messed up.   They removed it and re-hung it with no issues.  I have only good things to say about this company and this crew.I was given a price range quote over the phone.  The actual price was in the mid-range.  The experience with this company couldn't have been any better. 

They did an excellent job. I am most impressed with the cleaning of the Trex deck which looks like brand new after the wash. The house wash really makes the house siding shine. I will use them again in the future.

This was the second time we used Home and Deck Wash.  I was happy to find them on Angie's List and immediately contacted them for a quote.  Their responsiveness was excellent throughout the process.  Norm got back to me immediately and worked with me to agree on what work would be done and the price.  They scheduled an appointment and sent me reminders as we got closer to the service date.  They showed up on-time and were professional from start to finish.  The quality of the work was excellent - our home looks like new!  Great service and Value from a Local Business!!

I contacted Norm through Angie's List email and he was right back to me with a call and a quote. I needed him to come as soon as possible. He was able to adjust his schedule to make this work, and kept me informed when a rain day led to a minor delay.Norm's team did a great job with the roof and when I came home from work, it looked like new.My wife was home during the work and she told me they were quick, polite and easy to deal with. Some of the chemical they used streaked the windows slightly and they power washed that away so there was no trace left behind. Also, be aware if you do this that there may be a faint, non-offensive slightly bleachy smell around the house for up to a half day - just open the windows or use your attic fan, and it will quickly be normal.  There were no ill effects on the plants around the house.Nice job, Norm!

The end result was excellent. I was a little surprised and pleased to see that the black mold on our cedar siding washed off completely. The house looks like it was recently painted.
