We were very pleased with this plumber. He was prompt, efficient and handled the repair of our initial call. While discussing an on going issue with our shower, he kindly made several suggestions for us to try before resolving to a costly repair. Great Job!

I was very pleased. I called on a Tuesday evening, they came promptly on Wednesday morning (I wasn't expecting such prompt service for a non-urgent matter). Tim and his partner did a thorough inspection to identify the problem, even going so far as to climb around in the attic to look at the venting, and found the problem and fixed it simply and cheaply (no expensive fix required).

Called Tim early AM and left message that my shower fauct had blown off. He called back about 9AM and said he could be there later in the morning. He arrived about 10:30 and his assistant began work. They repaired both faucets and were cone by 11:00AM. They cleaned up after themselves.
