This is the 4th house we have purcashed in our lives.  This agency was simple horrible to work with as a buyer.  They did the sellers no favor in their strongarm tactics.  Not once did they counter our purchase offers in writing- only stalled, gave a take it or leave it price by e-mail- and used the passive aggressive approach.  The actual listing agent never contacted us, just her assistant.  They never negotiated correctly.  Not until we decided to move on to other properties did we get a response from the HST sellers agent.  At closing the promises made to repair house items from the home inspection were not done and the sellers actually took an expensive wooden bridge with them they had used in photos to promote the house.  If you are selling a house- consider an agency that is friendly, responsive, communicates well and keeps its promises.  Selling a home in CT is hard enough without agents like this.  I'm sure the sellers were even more frustrated than we were.  JMHO.
