Emailing response time is on average a few days. Phone is faster. Lead time was about a week or so. Michael was polite.
He showed up with his son as his helper. Overall, a speedy process. Not sure if he was tired, but he was forgetting things. Goes to show it is always important to review what is being done and go over it once done. He gave us the bill before he finished and I noticed that it did not include the carpet so I mentioned it and he remembered and admitted he had forgotten. I did feel he was rushing to get everything done quickly. He probably could have let his fans run a while before leaving but as it was later in the day. It was a hot and humid day so drying did take longer than normal few hours. The carpet still felt moist in the morning. This was not his fault, I just wanted to note it so in case others expected it to dry quick, don't expect it on humid days with no airflow.
In the end, everything felt clean and refreshed. There were stains that were lightened but was not removed. I wasn't expecting it to.
