 + 0 moreI was last in a store when my daughters phone stopped working. They were on the phone with the insurance company and they seemed to give us the run around. I spent about an hour just filling out paperwork. I went home and over the phone was able to get it taken care of in about 5 minutes. I'm not sure what the deal was in the store, maybe the guy was new. I typically don't have trouble with Verizon Wireless. We have at least 3 of the phones with web access and data packages, they all have insurance and some features are parental control and 2,000 minutes, too.
Description of Work: I have 5 lines through Verizon Wireless. I've been with them for 16 years.
