We've been going there for 20 years. It's a family business. It's the father and now his son's grown up and he is working there. It feels like family. They're very trustworthy. They're the kind of people where I go to them and say "I'm taking a long trip down to see my family in Pennsylvania. Can you just look over my car and make sure I'm not going to have a problem on the road?" They'll do it and they won't even charge me for it. I would still absolutely use their services in the future.

We needed several things done. Replacement of 2 major valves, exhaust replacement,full a/c replacement including compressor and serpeintine belt, new battery, brake job, ignition system, and misc adjustments. Tony called us to update us on his concerns that he uncovered as he was working on the Saab. I would HIGHLY recommend Tony and also Rocco from So. WINDSOR garage who recommended i bring my car over to Tony being a Saab 93.

They are very good. The wizards are very expensive, they came straight from Germany it was $500 each, that was not their charge, that was Mercedes charge. You can truly trust them. I would use them again.

They also do tires, so they are full service. It looks like family-owned. There is a lot of family members there but I am not sure about that. They are quite conscientious and pleasant.

When I asked what the inspection would cost, I was told that if they could fix it, nothing, and if they couldn't, basically nothing. These guys are not out to get their hands in your pocket. Then, when it was determined that the car was not safe and could not be adequately repaired, I brought in my title and they took care of it for me.

I've been a satisfied customer of Tony's Imported Auto Service for over 30 years. I have taken all my foreign cars (Saab, Nissan, VW and Honda) to him and he fixes them right. He is honest, friendly, knowledgeable and above all a great mechanic. Like most foreign car repairs, they can be on the high side. I'll have to say that Tony's is no exception, although I do feel that you get what you pay for and Tony's always does great work.
