One thing I especially value is that they are always very good about not trying to sell me stuff that I don't need. I have brought my car there for service in the past because I suspected I might have a problem and after diagnosis been told that I did not actually need any repairs, everything was fine, and no one tried to sell me an unnecessary repair or make something up.
However, it would be great if they could streamline their checkout process, if several people are in line it can take forever to get out of there.
