The Manchester Muffler facility is simple and basic, but I've noticed that the staff keeps the shop neat, organized and swept with a sense of pride in their work. I appreciate this immensely as I've also spent many times in much prettier air conditioned waiting rooms, waiting on services being performed by less enthusiastic and/or skilled staff!
