Installers showed up on time and worked professionally. They were pleasant to deal with and cleaned up after. During the install a Lowes representative showed up to check on installers.
Buying from Lowes was also good salespeople were helpfull and not pushy. Used Lowers card for 5% off as well as they had a 10% rebate also. My only problem was the padding was listed under installiation and didnt get the 5%. I spoke to a manager who promptly refunded the 5% in cash.
I do have a small spot that is coming loose and will call back to get repair and I will follow up with a review as to how it was repaired.

They helped me pick out an accent color. They are good about mixing their paints. They are very helpful and professional. I would recommend them. I go there quite often.

Purchased materials and labor in April for June installation. Materials were not ordered properly (type AND quantity), resulting in initial delay. It took approximately five months and 7-10 calls prior to final second installation in October. Lowe's twice 'lost' the order and had to order more materials resulting in much of the delay. Lowe's would say they ordered the materials and to check back in two weeks if not notified. I would call and find out the order was missing. Only the store manager, eventually, resolved the install, although I could also never confirm the materials billing charges through Lowe's, but the installer did provide some details used to get approximately $800 in overcharges of materials from returns.

The delivery people were both professional and timely. They did an excellent job in assembling and installing the washer. The dryer is a gas dryer and had to be installed by the gas company. Lowe's offered me good value for the purchase, with a rebate on the delivery charges of $65, a $197 rebate on the pedestals, buy one get one free and a $40 rebate from the electric company for purchasing a energy efficient washer. This was all in addition to $10% off the sales price. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

THEY RESPONDED TO US VERY QUICKLY. IT ONLY TOOK THEM A COUPLE OF HOURS TO REPLACE IT. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND I FELT THE PRICE WAS RIGHT.

LOWE'S WERE VERY EFFICIENT. WE HAVE A GARAGE WITH TWO OVERHEAD DOORS, BUT ONE HAD AN OPENER AND ONE DIDN'T. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING ABOUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

I LIKE HOW COMPANY INSTALLED MY WINDOWS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY GAVE ME A GOOD ESTIMATE BEFORE THEY STARTED AND NO ONE COULD BEAT THEIR PRICE.
