Randy Hujar is a great guy and a knowledgeable person. I think the job itself had too many bumps in the road but I suppose since I got a good price it was somewhat expected. The estimates ranged from $3,000 to $15,000! They were originally supposed to replace a lot of trim wood that we agreed upon but they used filler instead! After pointing this out, it took quite awhile before they got around to fixing the problems. I admit they did a good job after this and I was satisfied, although the deck rails could have been sanded down smoothly and there are inside parts that were not painted and you can see it. We also agreed that some small sections of gutters were supposed to be in the deal but I was charged for it afterwards. I have reason to believe they also broke a window and did not replace it and they took twice as long as expected. But the house was painted well and it was the exact color we wanted. I might hire them again but it was too much effort to get it done right!

THEY SEND OUT QUALITY PEOPLE AND THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SLOPPINESS OR THEM LEAVING A MESS. WE JUST STARTED USING THEM AND SO FAR I HAVEN'T SEEN ANYTHING THEY COULD IMPROVE.
