Fantastic, the guys were very clean, knowledgeable and articulate. I can really tell they take pride in their work. Any small problems that arose (which always do) they quickly and easily adjusted to make my project move forward at a fast pace. They constantly kept me in the loop as to what was going on, and recommended minor changes to accommodate the finished look that I was after. The owner George Jay went above and beyond to meet my expectations, I have nothing but good things to say about them , BRAVO

Design sessions went very well. Chuck was very helpful and knowledgeable about what would be the possible issues. Such as needing a new service and removal of galvanized pipe drains.

The design was better than what I first expected I would be able to do. Including being able to add an island.

When the work started the workers were always on time. and left everything pretty clean.

Work took a few days longer than originally estimated but there were a few add-ons during the process.

They leave your home in a clean condition and have excellent design work.

They have the best product line.  They have a showroom down there.  If you are looking for a toilet and you go to Home Depot and you're looking for toilet and you go to them; you will be amazed.  They have products you don't normally see.  They have heated toilet seat; they have completely different products.  Their prices are higher than Home Depot but they don't have plastic inserts.  However, they have some of the shortest hour you've ever seen.  They are closed like five o' clock, on Saturdays they are open until one.  They don't do late hours.

They were very helpful in designing to our needs.
They removed all the bathroom fixtures, existing wall paper and replaced with new tub, and all fixtures,new flooring, and wallpaper.
The workers were always on time, cleaned up before they left for the day. And offered suggestions for improvements as the work progressed. 
We are very happy with their workmanship.

For the most part it was a good experience, however the contractor was more interested in finishing the job, getting final payment instead of making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We should have shopped around more, since I found out the price was most likely higher than it could have been.

I enjoyed the entire process from design with Cindy Guimond through installation with Mike and Steve.
Cindy reviewed the overall process for me, came to my house and took measurements, and developed a plan to which I could apply different cabinet, counter, and flooring options. She was very accommodating of my needs and ideas.
Work began on the agreed upon day and lasted two weeks as planned. Mike and Steve did the installation and were superb in their craftsmanship and attention to details.
Six weeks later, I am still enthralled by the work and have absolutely no complaints. In fact, I am having Heritage Kitchen do some tiling on my breezeway.
They are not the cheapest, but they are by far the best! I have already recommended them to my friends who are considering remodeling projects.

  I met with Chuck Giardino several times before the remodeling started.  He helped me plan my kitchen...gave me ideas and names of places to find things (appliances, granite) and offered me choices for sinks , cabinet hardware, faucets , etc.  He came to the house and measured everything  and later came back with a price which we agreed upon and a start date.  The team arrived on the date they said they would.  They were always punctual,  friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day.   The  job went over by a few days because I added a few things as the remodeling went along .....undercounter lighting,  sanding of all downstairs floors  and the ceiling needed extra coatings of paint.  Prices were quoted on the extras before the work was done and there were no surprises when the job was finished.  It was a great experience and we are thoroughly enjoying our new kitchen.  I will have them back when I do over my bathroom.

.Everything went according to plan and would have been done in the estimated 2 week framework except for a problem with the counter. The counter was originally installed with the wrong edge. This was the mistake of Hartford Granite and Marble but it would have been nice if it was caught before it was installed. The counter had to be removed in order to put on the new edge which added one week to the total time of the project. Otherwise, everyone involved was very professional, extremely clean, and the final project looks very nice.

A year and a half later, one of the seams came up on the countertops and it wasn't even.  They had to fill the seam it diagonally.  They came back and there was no problem or no hassle.  The countertop was reasonably low, but the flooring was a little expensive.

Heritage's quote was comparable with other businesses (including a "big box" company). I wanted to keep costs low, and Ray helped me meet that goal: I never felt pressured to make more expensive choices; in many cases he even suggested lower-priced alternatives. Ray and his installation team were very professional, dependable, and paid close attention to details. My newly-refaced kitchen cabinets look like brand new cabinets, and I am very pleased with the laminate countertop.

I thought it was a fair price.  I was very happy with the job.  They took exactly the amount at time they said they would take.  They were very neat and very professional.  I was very pleased with the outcome.  They were very punctual.  If there were any issues they came up and did bring to our attention.  We did have an issue with the electrical that they found.  The thing I liked is it wasn't a hard sale.  They didn't say that we need to get something fixed or we need to take care of something which we didn't need.  It was like if you had an issue you have to do something about it.

The work was performed by Heritage employees. They were very professional, punctual, and performed high quality work. Since my home has only one working bath, a major concern for my family and I during this remodel was having access to a working bath or shower each day. The Heritage crew did their best to minimize the number of days we experienced without a bath/shower. They even installed temporary fixtures and plastic sheeting in the tub/shower stall so we could use the bath before drywall and tiling work was finished. The entire job took two weeks to complete. Heritage did a great job. My family and I are very happy with our new bathroom.

They did a good job all around. Their personnel was very well mannered and we were very pleased with them.

I would recommend them. I used them for a renovation on my bath and they did a good job so I used them again for my kitchen renovation. They do what you say and correct what they want you to correct, they work with you well. They did everything to my satisfaction. I think they did everything to my expectations. It was not done in the time that they said it would be, it took them longer. In the end it ended up well. They were very professional and respectful. There were some charges that came up at the end of both projects that were expensive that we didn't talk about at the beginning so I suggest you go through the price at the beginning and make sure they don't overprice at the end.

As with the bathroom renovation they did for me a few years ago, they did a clean, high quality job, according to the timeline they explained to me (cabinets took a few weeks to manufacture.) They don't take shortcuts, the only overbudget extra was replacing the drain line from the kitchen - to prevent any future problems. The only disappointing thing is that I'm out of rooms to renovate!

Estimate was reasonable and fair (not highest or lowest). Work crew was outstanding. Punctual every day. Only delay in work was when shower unit base arrived cracked from manufacturer - but this was not their fault. They did their best to continue to do as much work as possible until replacement arrived. Started project on time and still finished within promised time despite shower base. Cleaned up every day. Have used one of the workers already for another project-fixing water damage to ceiling in another room

George the owner is a very busy guy, but there's a staff of great full-time people. In fact, they only sub out electrical work. I worked with their designer to pick out all the parts & pieces and colors before I even got with George to do the contract. They are the opposite of the ''hard sell''. They use top quality. They even talked me out of the high priced toilet I'd wanted because they felt the quality wasn't up to par (they'd had call backs for repairs on ones they'd installed). The job would have taken under 2 weeks, but I was going on a month long business trip and just left them a key and returned to find everything completed, cleaned up and looking and working perfectly. The workers called me a few times to ask me details that hadn't been covered in the contract (placement of things) instead of just doing what they wanted to do, which was really nice. I hope to someday have my kitchen renovated when I have the money. They're not cheap or cut-rate, but top quality is worth it.
