The crew of two men showed up on time, in clean/pressed uniforms, dealt with my overly-enthusiastic puppy with grace, and went to work. They paid close attention to every detail, replaced every article of furniture or window treatment (including putting down the toilet seat!) so that no follow-up on my part was necessary, conducted themselves like professionals (no questionable language, smoking, banter, etc.), and generally were a delight to have in the house. After that, having sparkling clean windows seemed like a bonus. I was so very pleased that I called their firm to inquire about their installing seasonal lighting, and, when informed that it's not a service they provide, asked if they'd keep my name handy against the time when they might. Not surprisingly, my interaction with the business manager was also a pleasure. The frosting on the cake was the bill, which was reasonable beyond belief. I'd happily retain this firm for any future services.

IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET THEM TO THE HOUSE BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BUSY ALL THE TIME. THEY DO A VERY QUALITY JOB WITH THE CLEANING OF THE WINDOWS AND THE WORKERS ARE PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES.
