We were having a new driveway put in and decided at the last minute to have some trees removed from the area. We had the trees cut down by another company but didn't think to have the stumps removed.
Contacted the owner Chris the day before the driveway work was scheduled to start and explained the problem. He stopped by the same day and gave us a very reasonable quote and assured us he would have someone out the next morning. The next day we woke up to the sound of a stump grinder. The stumps were removed and the area cleaned up just as the driveway contractor arrived to start work.
We couldn't be any happier with the outcome and will make our first call to Chris if we ever need any type of tree work. His company truly lives up to its name.
I have hired Chris G. for tree and limb removal several times now, both at my home and a rental property I own. Most recently he and his team removed two very large oak trees from a challenging location on a steep slope in between my house and our neighbor's house. As usual, they did a great job.
We had been considering removing these trees for some time. When a large limb cracked leaving it hanging over our roof, we decided we needed to move on having at least that tree taken down and we called Chris for a quote. A couple weeks before the scheduled removal, we had another storm and the limb, still attached, came down on our roof. I called Chris to see if there was any way his crew could come out that day and at least deal with the limb. He had already called his crew off because of the weather, but he came over by himself and, in a driving rain, shored up the limb so that it would not be able to do any more damage. His crew was at our house the next day to do the complete job a week or so earlier than scheduled.
