B&T Computer Service
About us
B&T Computers is a computer repair and sale shop that has been open for business since 1992. We offer sales of desktops and laptops, and repair of a wide variety of hardware and software computer issues. Our turn-around time is 1-3 business days on desktops and laptop software issues and 5-7 business days on laptop hardware issues. Payment methods are check, traveler's check, American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and cash. We charge a diagnostic fee of $65.00+tax. The in-house hourly rate for both desktop hardware/software and laptop software issues is $85.00/hr+tax, and for laptop hardware repairs it is $100/hr+tax. Our on-site service call is $135.00/hr+tax. Please note that the diagnostic fee is incorporated into the first hour of service (for in-house repairs). So if you are charged only one hour of service under the in-house desktop rate, the resulting balance would be $20.00+tax.
