Scott and crew were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Helpful explanations and lots of patience with my questions. Observed COVID-19 safety protocol. Having no water isn't fun but overall a great experience, would definitely hire again!

I hired Nick to repair my old Radon system multiple times. I had to get a new system and happened to purchase it from another company. When I called Nick to get a regular service he ripped me a new one on the phone saying that he takes offense at people who purchase systems from other companies and call him for service. I did not deserve the tone and words he spoke to me. I have a small business. You do not treat customers that way. Never Use Water-flo. They are rude.

We used them to install a new radon fan, and it went well enough that we will use them for the annual water system inspection

Everything went great.  Nick Sunday of Waterflo systems was very professional from beginning to end.  Nick is a great communicator.  You always know what the schedule is.  He has a very professional support team.  He has several young men that work for him and they are all on the ball and great guys.  They were quick and cleaned up all the debris  from the job.  He was very quick to install the radon mitigation system from the time of estimate.  He even had an in-house electrician that took care of that part of the hookup.    He explained all the possible issues and what can be done to remedy them if necessary.  I can highly recommend water-flo systems for radon mitigation.

Owner/Manager came out on time specified and analyzed our problem. he adjusted our controls and scheduled a technician for the following day. The technician arrived promptly, corrected all problems and did an excellent job. Would definitely use again if needed.

We were referred to Water-Flo by our realtor when well and water system issues arose during a home inspection of a home we purchased. The owner of Water-Flo, Nick Sunday, performed a complete system inspection and fully explained the issues with the system which allowed us to head off potential major problems. Since then, Nick came back and made recommendations to us about how to optimize the system. He explained all options - in all price ranges - and suggested what would accomplish our goals. The solution we chose, after consulting with Nick, was well within our budget. Within a week, Water-Flo had two installers out to do the work. They were extremely professional; thoroughly explained what they were doing; described how to maintain the system and when a service call was warranted. They were done their work in under 2 hours with little to no disruption to our family. We were extremely satisfied with Water-Flo and will continue to use them in the future.

I have well water and the water is very acidic. I had Water-Flo come out and install a water purifier and they performed the service wonderfully! I was very happy what they did. I found Water-Flo through a referral from home depot and was very happy that they were the company I chose. I will be using them again.
