This is the second time we used Shane and he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His cost was very reasonable for the work performed. Shane gave excellent advice on several topics and helped me make informed decisions.
The first time we used him he installed a new outside light fixture. The second time he installed 4 new outside light fixtures, a generator transfer switch, a new outlet where none existed and rewired the outside lights to work off of any of 3 switches.
I would use Shane for any future electrical job w/o hesitation and couldn’t rate him more highly than Perfect!

Shane and his associate arrived promptly to estimate the amount of time to do the work. When the ordered parts arrived, they were installed. Both Shane and his associate were pleasant and professional. We will call Shane when we need help with electrical.

I had no power in the kitchen of the house I just moved into. I called Maximum Electric and even though they were very busy they squeezed me in on their lunch hour to diagnose the problem. It wasn't a simple fix so they had to come back and run a new wire to the kitchen. They couldn't make it the day they were supposed to be there but mad sure to contact me. They came the next day and were in and out in a timely manner. I even added to the list of things I wanted them to look at. They were polite and professional and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

The whole process went extremely from the initial meeting through completion. Shane's work was professional and timely. He kept us informed as to the ongoing progress and finished the project on time with no surprises. His work is excellent and his staff was friendly and equally professional. Shane was very helpful and extremely courteous. It was a positive experience having him do this project.

This is all positive. He started when he said he would. Referred us to a contractor who dug and then backfilled and seeded 150 feet of trench. He completed the job on schedule and passed the town inspection.
Shane suggested excellent solutions to meet our objectives.

They were great. It was big electrical work. They were on time. It rained and its something that can't be done in the rain and they had to postpone so they called to let him know that. When they were supposed to be there, they were there.

Shane returned my call in a timely manner. He and Jay were on time when they came to look at the job, and Jay returned to do the work--again, on time. He worked efficiently, explained to me what was what, and did a good job. I was very pleased with the overall job, and would definitely have them do any future electrical work that I need.

Had a great experience with Maximum. Shane and his employee arrived on time and completed job at a very reasonable price. Work was affordable, efficient, and high quality. Would definitely use again in the future.

They arrived on time (about 5 minutes before scheduled). They had quoted me "about" $45 per thermostat plus tax and "a couple of hours" @ $65 per hour. The thermostats came in at $43, including tax. Two people were here for 36 minutes, and they only charged me for one person hour. The work was clean and professional without a mark on the wall: they also removed all of the debris. Courteous and professional.
