I tried to call the flower shop a couple of times on Sunday afternoon to let them know, but no one answered and there was no opportunity to leave a message. I called again on Monday and spoke with someone. I explained what had happened, to which she bluntly replied, "Thank you for letting us know." I then said that I was sure my friend had paid good money to have these flowers that didn't even last 18 hours delivered, to which she again replied, "Thank you for letting us know," and that was the end of our conversation.
Based upon this exchange, I can only come to the disappointing conclusion that this is a business that neither cares about customer service nor satisfaction. How disappointing! Incidentally, I gave a "D" overall rating instead of an "F" rating because 1) the arrangement looked gorgeous when it arrived, and 2) the delivery person was courteous.
