Homescapes LLC

I used Homescapes LLC for a spring cleanup. He arrived on the day he said he would, 4-12-15.  I have a good size property (2+ acres) with lots of natural landscaping needs and he performed all duties in a timely fashion and to my liking. He is friendly and professional. I have also hired him for lawn mowing services when the season for that starts. He charged me about $50 per hour or service for the spring cleanup.

He is great, I absolutely love him! I have been using Kyle's services for about 9 years now. He is so honest and trustworthy, you never have to worry that he is inflating prices.

On 9/30/2011 I contacted Homescapes, from Angie's, list to inquire about the excavation of the above mentioned pilings.

Kyle promptly came out to discuss the job and provide an estimate. He worked with the builder and created a spacious area to build the new footings with ease of movement for placing the base boxes and sonotubes. He moved the tree and lilies to the back yard and replanted the tree when he came back to back fill the trenches. The lilies were later replanted at another location and not part of out contract. Kyle was prompt, careful, cooperative and fair in his pricing. I would definitely use him again.

He came out quickly, did what I wanted him to do and didn't jerk around with me. The price was fair. I give him an A+ for responsiveness. Compared to the other people I've worked with, he shined. He was easy to talk to and he listened. I would hire him for other things.

When I started, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. My yard was a mess and our 30 year old, homemade front walk was not only ugly but dangerous. We had no walkway leading from the driveway to the side door. Kyle was a pleasure to work with. He patiently answered numerous questions and was understanding of our need to stay within budget. He showed up when he said he would, was very neat and considerate (for example, he always asked if it was okay to leave his tractor overnight). I had no idea what went into creating paved walkways and was amazed at the number of steps in the process and level of skill involved. Now that it is done, I love to sit on my front steps and just admire it. We highly recommend Homescapes for your project.

Upon dismantling the the steps he found the wood(home is a log home) under the door, behind the steps all rotted out. He called us, took pictures and sent us the pictures. We told him to replace whatever he needed to be replaced. He did the wood work and then replaced the steps. The steps are beautiful, he used the existing bluestone and carried in fieldstone. He did an excellent job fixing the wood damage and the entrance steps of blue stone and fieldstone are very beautiful. He went over and above our expectations.

He is aces! He is thorough, reasonable, and an excellent worker. He does what says he will do in the time frame he originally tells you.
