Bill Freeman (the owner) was there regularly and Dan Smith, our foreman, was there every day. We were living in two rooms covered by plastic, so we saw them daily. It was a little nerve wracking at times making such huge changes, and they were great. We can't say enough about the quality of the work, their willingness to work with us and their professionalism. We couldn't be more thrilled with the results and every detail that was done was done well. Bill even added in details just because they improved the look, like a skylight on the wall of the screen porch. They helped us research products and found creative solutions for problems. Bill has also received an award for being and quot;greenand quot; and he convinced us of the long term benefit of making energy-wise/environment-wise choices. The cost isn't cheap, but I gave them an and quot;Aand quot; because the product is worth the price.

I would rate them very highly. Every time I saw a work man put in something he had a level and made sure everything was put in correctly. The builder, Bill Freeman, is committed to being Eco-friendly so he works hard with you to make sure your house is as green as possible, which ends up being money saving in the end. They are very responsive. They do a lot of research on appliances and they are available by text. They could not be more responsive. Any time I had a question I would text them and they would text right back. I would recommend them for company of the month. The building inspector came in and he said that it was a terrific job and he has never said that about a builder before.
