+ -1 moreThey did a good job overall. He is a contracter and has some talent with him. They raised our roof to a peaked roof and blocked our gable vent on the existing roof. Honest mistake, I would imagine. When we were doing the punch list he noticed it and said we should probably vent it when we replace the roof in 5 - 10 years. But what happened is that the blocked vent caused a excessive mold infestation. It began in the blocked area and progressed into the entire attack. When we called Brian he took one look at it and said "I have nevr seen anything like thaqt. He told us we should contact our homeowners insurance and get it taken care if. When they told us we are not covered as it is due to the new consturction Brian hired an enviromental company to test and told be to go back to my insurance company again. THey again denied the claim due to the new construction. The enviromental company informed us that is is toxic and we should not go up there. As we have 4 very young children we did what anyone would do we borrowed some money and had it fixed. We would of expected that the professional things would of been done by Nova Ventures and they would fix it but instead they are leading us into a hefty court battle. It has turned into a real disaster due to a careless error on their part.
