I called KBM and he came out a few days later to assess the job and he left with a shingle to get a color match. The job was scheduled for a two days later, but was postponed by one day due to a previous job. He arrived, replaced the shingles, tarred, and double nailed the shingles so it hopefully won't blow off again. I was very impressed with the job that he performed and would definitely use him again.

Spoke with the owner and scheduled a date to estimate the project. He called to reschedule due to an impending storm and the need to close in a portion of roof. I was agreeable and accommodating and we agreed upon another day and time for the following week. 4:00 came and went as did 5:00, etc. and along with it my confidence in this roofer. No thanks. I don't chase contractors and certainly don't need to work with unreliable and unprofessional people.

I contacted Kevin, he was corteous and professional. He arrived when he said and analysed the job. He made his quote after diagnosing the problems correctly. The work was performed as per our contract. Strip off existing material, apply ice shield, reflash chimney, caulk everything, put on new shingles and finally install ice melt coil.
