+ -1 moreWhen my brand new dryer would not work, I called a local electrician who was very curt and dismissive of my problem. So I was feeling some what desperate. My daughter suggested that I contact John Hespeler, an electrician that I had never used before. John answered his phone on my first try and he listened attentively to my description of the problem, came that afternoon and went immediately to get a new 220 receptacle to replace the old one which was scorched due to electrical arcing (a potential source of a fire). I was impressed with his efficient, professional, concerned and pleasant manner throughout. The dryer is now working great and I'm feeling reassured that one potential fire hazard in my home has been eliminated.
Description of Work: Replaced worn and dangerous dryer socket.
