pay my monthly fee. I put in all the necessary info then neglected to activate the monthly transaction. Ya I know my bust. But you?d think that after the first missed payment I?d get a call text or send another bill, Nope nothing of the sort. But surly by the 2nd or 3rdmissed payment they?d make contact not the case with F.E. Crandall, they let this go on without contact for 10 months. Then one day not even trash day (Monday) they came into my yard and took the Recycling can (which was not mine) and STOLE my trash can, that I paid them for when I first started using them. I called them every other day for two weeks before they left my a message about what I owed (That?s when I realized my error). My issue is letting it go on for 10 months then trespassing
on my property to steel my can is beyond irresponsible it?s criminal.
