Built Right Remodeling

Steve worked with us to design and build out our new bath.  We had a basic plan for the floorplan that allowed us to shift our toilet room and move our washer/dryer upstairs.   What we needed was help with the design and finsih work for the bathroom itself.  He walke3d us through the process, coached us on how to work thropugh the decisions, and gave us his list of suppliers.  All we had to do was agree on color, tile, granite, fixtures. Once we picked them out he did the rest.

We also had an issue with the toilet handle breaking - he was there in a day, did a quick fix, and then order the new part.  Installed it with no problem.

This is a job we have put off for a few years. Previous contracters we worked with were unable to provide much imagination or creativity.  Steve worked with us to help us understand what were looking for and how to work our way through all the decisions.  He provided excellent advice and referrals to local suppliers.  His contracting process was as transparent as I have ever seen.   His work was outstanding.  He had an eye for details and understood that we were willing to pay a bit more for a bit more quality.  When he ran into those inevitable trade-offs because of the original contsrution, he talked us through the options and then listened to our input.  He also took care of the rest of our house during the process.  A true professional and craftsman.
