Lessard Air Conditioning & Heating LLC

Lessard's was recommended to me by a en electrician that I respect. For that reason, I overlooked it when I had to leave multiple messages to get an initial call back. An appointment was set up to diagnosis. Brad diagnosed the problem and charged $325. I had been told that a portion of this ($150-the cost of the initial visit/diagnose) could be applied to the extensive work that needed to be done. Brad told my husband that he would be in touch with an estimate, and we could then determine whether we wanted to go forward; given that we had already sunk $325 into it, so we had pretty much determined that we would continue with Brad Lessard. I have not been able to reach Brad since and that was over 4 weeks ago, despite leaving multiple messages. I did speak with his secretary and was told he "has half the estimate done. I'll give him a nudge to get going on it." I waited another 4 business days and still did not hear back. My husband tried the following week and was told (verbatim) " he has half the estimate done. I'll give him a nudge to get going on it." My husband expressed frustration and his secretary was equally frustrated with being questioned. We both tried again- and still have not received any calls back. The most frustrating part of this is that we will now have to pay another HVAC repair person the SAME AMOUNT to due the SAME THING, since I'd imagine most repair people would want to determine the source of the issue, and not rely on another man's work. Ultimately, a waste of money (that should have been put to repairing our AC) and time. Stay far away!!!!
