Advised Scott that well provides only 1-gallon-per-minute flow. Agreed (weather-contingent) on service date and approximate time-frame of job.
Scott arrived on time, with two power-washing machines - one to accommodate low-flow well. Kept me informed of potential problems, e.g., power-wash would dislodge some of already-peeling paint along garage door jambs. Started with front of house, which was quite marred with green growth.
Evaluated roof after snow completely melted (mid-way through first day of washing). No roof wash necessary this time, but will likely be appropriate for next complete house-wash.
Short, cold working day. Scott requested permission to leave equipment at my place overnight - granted without concern as he cleaned up after himself tidily.
Scott completed work next morning. Cleaned up everything quickly. House looks great! No damage to foundation plantings.
I will definitely call Scott again for powerwashing service to both the house and the roof.
