The inspection went really well.  It started at 9am and went for 2+ hours.  He started be testing the water in the bathrooms and kitchen.  He checked the kitchen thoroughly which included window seals. tiles, cabinets, outlets, overhead lights and more.  He then moved on to the living area where he checked the fireplace and wood floors.  He did a very detailed job of checking the major functions of the house ... heating/AC, plumbing, electric, foundation/decks, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, toilets / showers, floors / carpets / tiles, garage, electrical panel, windows, gutters and more.  He also did a test for Radon which required him to go back a few days later to collect the test.
Overall i couldn't have been happier with his work and i would highly recommend him to anyone looking  for a home inspection.\\

Michael Munnelly the inspector from Lenox was excellent. He was thorough and took the time to explain in detail his findings on the day of the inspection. Michael gave us valuable information on immediate concerns and things we may want to think about improving over time. In addition, we were provided with a very detailed/comprehensive written report that was exactly what was discussed during the visit....no surprises! Michael has an amazing memory for detail as we didn't see him take many written notes during the visit. We highly recommend Lenox Home Inspection.
