Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
Chris did an excellent job installing my bilco door, it fits better than the old one that was put in when the condo was built. He was very pleasant to work with. He was honest and true to his word and finished the job on time and for the price he quoted. I will be calling him back in the spring for other jobs I need completed.

Chris not only handled all three of my projects in record time (was estimated to be a whole day; was half a day) but everything was done neatly. His also was excellent at telling the client (me) what was about to happen if there was going to be any unusual noise and ensuring my dog was not near the work so harm could come to her. Hire him! Chris is easy to work with and has a good grasp of what the job entails as far as time required, materials and places to purchase said materials. Also has a great work ethic and does not start other jobs before finishing the current one. (Even if it does take a little longer to finish.) We would definitely recommend Chris to out friends for any remodeling jobs they have! My wife and I would hire Chris for other remodeling jobs without any reservations as his work ethic is exactly what we were looking for.

I recently bought a new house with the initial intent to have my kitchen cabinets painted. I had searched for a contractor through Home Advisor, and Chris called me almost immediately. After that conversation, I was taken with his professionalism and his ability to communicate what the process would entail. Over the ensuing weeks, I decided to embark on a more extensive kitchen renovation (i.e., replacing the countertops and the backsplash), and Chris, via emails, provided me with a tremendous amount of detail with respect to what this would entail, which enabled me to make informed decisions. Once I closed on the house and the project commenced, I also decided to paint the hallways, replace the track lighting in the kitchen with recess lighting, and remove/replace existing light fixtures, significantly expanding the scope of the project from our original agreement. As I was not yet living in the house and was at work during the day, Chris kept me informed of his progress via detailed emails as to what was completed as well as his schedule for the following week. Along the way, he also went out of his way to refer me to both an electrician and landscaper, both of whom I used with success. Admittedly, I was nervous , as I had never undertaken a renovation project and/or used contractor before. However, the job was completed last week (both on time and on budget), and I couldn't be happier with the results!
