Drywall Installation
Dave and Wayne installed and taped drywall, making it "ready to paint" for almost all ceilings of our 1800s home (just went over the popcorn and poorly done plaster), including the new kitchen walls and ceilings (approx 2200 sq ft total). Their work was of excellent quality, and they were very flexible to work with as we kept on adding rooms to the job. They were also neat and tidy, and did not damage the floors whatsoever. I'm a perfectionist, and I would hire them again.

Dave Lallier and his son insulated & installed and taped drywall ceilings in 4 rooms and a hallway in my home. They did a thorough and efficient job. The taping was flawless - my painter was so impressed by the stellar job. The price was the best of the quotes I received - very reasonable! I will highly recommend Lallier Construction to anyone I hear that needs this type of work done.

I would recommend them for ceiling repair of you have textured ceilings, but not for a flat ceiling if you are a perfectionist like I am. I did significant additional sanding and spackling and still am not totally happy with the result. I recommend them on all other fronts in terms of timeliness, clean-up etc. no issues at all and in terms of value for money I would highly recommend this business.

Dave and his son Wayne did a wonderful job installing the ceiling in our sunroom. They were fast and thorough. They covered up the area with plastic sheeting so that no dust would enter inside the house and they cleaned afterwards. I would recommend them to any person needing this kind of job done.

I believe I made the best choice I could have in hiring Lallier Construction Co. They did an excellent job in repairing my first floor ceiling, which was damaged due to a water leak. The work was done in a professional and timely manner. Equally important, they were maticulous in cleaning up and left my home in perfect order after completion of the job.
