Worst company I've ever dealt with! Don't hire did shoddy work that the old asphalt was still showing through the sealcoat. With each rainstorm it got worse. Jake promised to return and finish the last 50 feet when he ran out of material the 1st. day he came. He didn't show up to finish the job until the end of Oct. After a couple of hard rain storms the 50 foot area he coated was completely gone. We called him and he claimed he had a bad batch and would come back in the spring to correct. In May of 2024. 7 months later he still had not come to complete the job. I called and texted him to ask when he was going to complete the job and he never responded and blocked me so I couldn't contact him! So my driveway looks like crap and has light areas all over it and especially the last 50 feet that look like it was never done at all!! I would rate him a zero. I also made the mistake of paying in full when the job wasn't quite finished. To this day my driveway is still not done!!

We had already had our old driveway removed by another contractor and hired Sullivan to excavate, fill and pave a larger driveway. The written estimate was very detailed and fair and it included removal of some very large boulders, which we knew might be an extra fee. They had to get extra equipment to excavate these, which they only rented for the day. They were able to move the large rocks/boulders to other parts of the front yard but that did a bit if damage to the lawn and some plantings. The project took longer than expected and communication with the company was very difficult. The voicemail box was always full. We were able to text the number on the yard sign, but replies were not always prompt. They had the crushed stone brought in and it remained in large hills for days. They did not come on days we expected them to when the weather was beautiful, and they did not contact us to let us know they would not be coming. We decided to have permeable pavement installed, which overall came out looking quite nice, but my husband was concerned about one side of the driveway being too thinly paved. Jake agreed to add extra material, which took several extra days because of plant delays, but this was not explained to us. The overlaid area does not match the original area and left a seam where the two meet. It was apparently not hot enough when applied and some of the surface at the seam is crumbly. There were some equipment malfunctions and also my husband had to supply them with certain things they did not seem to have or have enough of (propane, some of the lumber for a barrier edge). If they had better communication about start times and delays and if they had provided a dedicated contact number, we would have given them a higher rating.

During the process of removing my old driveway and putting in new asphalt, some damage was done to the aluminum molding around both garage doors. The man who was the company rep (Jake) reviewed the damage and told me his company would fix it without charge. He wrote that promise on the back of the order.  He wrote that it would be completed within 30 days which would be May 13th.  I felt confident that the work would be done because Sullivan also does roofs and siding, so they have people available who know how to do what is required. It is now 5 weeks after the promised fix date, and nothing has been done, and my texts and phone calls have been ignored. If you use this company and they accidentally damage your property, do not make the final payment until the damage is fixed. I made the mistake of trusting their representative and paying in full.

This has been a very unpleasant experience with a company that refuses to do their job the way we had agreed. We are very very dissatisfied and disappointed. They destroyed my property. It has been a nightmare. Poor communication. We had given them another chance and the failed to respond in a timely manner and has not resolved anything to this day.

This company did a great job. George the owner was very friendly and easy to work with and made sure they delivered. Great crew and foreman. Overall roofing isnâ  t fun to get done but the guys did everything they could to make the process smooth.

This is the second roof I have had done in my lifetime. They came out and gave me a excellent quote. The owner George was very thorough. I was impressed from the estimate to the actual process. The crew was incredible and worked very hard and at the end of the job they did a great cleanup as promised. I will be hiring them again for some other work this spring !!!

In late January, 2021 I had a new roof installed as well as a skylight installation at a cost of $13,100. The work was performed to my satisfaction with one problem. When George Sullivan called to make sure I was happy with the job I voiced a concern that the shingles at the edge of the roof were not laying flat. He explained that they were cold and when the weather warmed they would flatten. In March they were still not flat and on closer inspection I discovered the gutter screens had been tucked up under the shingles! After months of making innumerable calls they finally sent someone to fix the problem however the fix was not completed and now after many calls I cannot get a return call. The person who answers the phone is always polite but she can only pass my message on to George Sullivan. She can't force him to respond. I am beyond frustrated.

This was an awesome experience from start to finish. From 1st contact and estimate to finish the total job. There were many challenges with the world situation and materials, unexpected work needing to be done and their own vehicle breakdowns, it did not deter them. They finished in our agreed timeframe to fit around my vacation week. I will definitely be hiring them for more projects and recommending them to others.

My husband and I were very happy with the job this company did on our roof and shed roof. When the shed roof was being replace there was some frame work that had to be repaired. I was really impressed with how it turned out. We would definitely use them again for future projects we want done.

Sullivan construction did my roof this week. George did a very nice and it was done in one day. I love it and they do not require a large amount for a deposit, you pay them after the job is done after doing a walkthrough with the owner. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their roof done.

I was extremely happy with the work done. They replaced my entire roof in 1 day,including replacing 6 sheets of plywood and fixing the chimney. Fantastic!

George is super friendly and knowledgeable and the team came in and got it done! They cleaned up every scrap of material, raked the flower beds, and left the yard neater than when they arrived. Highly recommend!!

I had some real losers quote redoing my dormer. I was so stressed out Iâ m women alone. A few of them tried to take advantage of me. Sullivan was fast and good. George knew my dormer was leaking, and came quickly. I will be hiring Sullivan to do more work to my house. Couldnâ t ask for a nicer man then George Sullivan.
