I noticed when I got home with my dog that she had been cut and they didn't even bother to tell me it happened. I had to take her back and forth to the vet every two days for treatment. They reimbursed me for the vet bills. I had to speak with the district manager to get all of the bills taken care of and they offered me a $250.00 gift certificate. I will never use Petco again.
