When we finally went to fire up the new unit, it was clear there was a problem. Not finding anything wrong with the unit, they called in Norwich Public Utilities. They quickly determined that the problem was with the service from the street to the house. Mike took personal responsibility for resolving the problem with the utility company. The problem turned out to be a defective flow restrictor valve connecting the main to the service line running to my house. It required the utility to re-excavate the connection site in the street, and install a new valve. Scheduling and performing this work took several days, and Mike stayed on top of it throughout. He was very apologetic, and when they were done, he personally came out to test the unit and make sure that it was working perfectly.
I highly recommend Izbicki to anyone. The price was more than fair, and quality and workmanship in the installation was impressive, almost like a work of art. The friendliness and professionalism they showed throughout gave me a sense of confidence in their work and in the unit.
