I like that they have a lot of stuff. You can go in there and just walk around and find things that you want that you didn't realize you needed. That's what I mainly use them for. Sometimes you can't find somebody to help you though, they ignore you though they know you're looking for something.

We contracted with Home Depot to install the doors. We liked the carriage door look and it was affordable for two. The work was not scheduled; they take the order and then call with an install date. Overall, that was the only hiccup: we had to call a few times to make sure the install was happening, since it was delayed once and we didn't always get notified. However, Kathy and Melissa at the store (dept managers I think?) were adamant about making sure we were happy and kept us updated when possible. The actual install went flawlessly, and it has been a year and a half with no problems at all. Doors still look new. Install was quick and professional.
