Unreliable-He was given 90 days to complete a 45 day job. After 90 days, the project was only half finished. During one 60 day period he showed up only 15 days and never worked a full 8 hour day. Unresponsive ? On numerous occasions, he ignored requests to perform certain functions. Example: he was instructed to remove bluestone sections from a sidewalk to a location safe from construction activity to avoid damage. He failed to do so and several were damaged. Unfamiliar with project requirements- On several occasions he failed to follow the plans. Attempted to obtain payment before project milestones were completed per the contract. Irresponsible ? On two occasions did not appear to observe building inspector?s inspections. General: I prepared a four page, single spaced list which summarized instances of his unprofessional performance. It was necessary to take legal action to remove him from the job. He threatened to countersue, but his attorney dropped his case.
Description of Work: Addition to residence: Excavation, framing, roof sheathing, rough in electrical
